Here is some feedback from Regular attendees to the Classes and what they thought of them
Karen Townsend attends both Tums Bums and Thighs and the Body Attack classes at the Frank Hutchins Hall and seems to enjoy them. Here in her own word is what she had to say.
It was early 2006 and I had an appointment to see a nurse at my local GP surgery to do a check on my blood pressure and cholesterol etc. All routine stuff I thought but all was not good! My Blood Pressure had risen to an unacceptable level and my cholesterol level was also showing signs for concern. In short, if I did not do something soon I was heading for a stroke.With this news I knew I had to do something quickly and was given information on how to eat more healthily and the need to take more and regular exercise. The Nurse put me in touch with a regular trainer at the Gym, who worked out an exercise plan to suit me working in the gym. This was all new to me. I had not been to a Gym before and I felt I should give it a go. However whilst doing this type of training I felt alienated and a little on my own,and didn't really enjoy it. It was when reading the supplement to the Newbury Weekly News that I came across Re-shape. I felt that group fitness sound more interesting and would get rid of the loneliness of training alone so I went along the following Tuesday to give it a go! I must admit I was feeling very nervous and really did not know what to expect at all! I met Rob, the instructor for the classes and he very quickly put me at ease and made me feel as though I had been comming for years. Since attending I have gone from strength to strength; my blood pressure is back to normal and I have lost 1.5 stone in weight. All my friends have commented on what a different person I now look and I actually feel "a better me". I look forward to going to the exercise classes both on a Tuesday and a Saturday. They have not only allowed me to get control of my healthy but added a little fun into my life enabling me to make new friends along the way. If you're thinking of getting back to exercise I would strongly recommend giving one of the classes a go.

I first attended Robs Tums Bums & Thighs class well over18 months ago when my wife Karen also started to attend..At first I thought I would probably be the only man ,and I must admit I was a little apprehensive and a little unsure of myself.
However as time went by I was sure I had done the right thingWhen I first started my weight was 15st and most of my clothes were trying to tell me somthing (they were too tight)..
As the months went bye the weight started to drop off and I started to feel much better in myself,.People and family started to notice the difference in me and it certainly brought more self confidence.
I eat a much healthier diet now and feel better for it,I do enjoy the Body Attack class which is a real good workout and has certainly helped me to improve my fittness levels.
I am now a trim 12stone and feel much fitter,healthier and happier, for it dot think you can't go wrong by giving Robs class,ago it certainly worked for me.

Just want to say thank you for nominating me for Member of the Month, it was lovely to receive the box of Roses from you all...now I'll have to work extra hard to burn off all them calories!
I'm enjoying being part of your Tuesday and Saturday team and felt so much better in myself since taking up regular exercise, it's given me a 'feel good factor' that I so badly needed.
My energy levels and confidence have been boosted and it makes all that hard work really worth while especially when I see the difference it has on my body shape ( - :

I started the Tuesday Tums Bums and Thighs class on the first day it started and immediately liked the friendly atmosphere. I am still attending the class regularly two years on! I enjoy the exercise routines and music as
well as having a chat with everyone! When Rob said that he was starting a Saturday class I agreed to give it a
go, and I must admit, for a couple of months I found the class quite challenging and half way through the class I just wanted to go home and have a cup of tea!. Jollied along by a couple of friends, Linda and Robert (who both attend the classes) I stuck with it and the Saturday class is now a part of my weekend.
I feel a lot fitter for doing the exercise, and as the class is friendly it makes attending all the more easier and enjoyable. Rob even makes an effort to remember our names so he can try to get us to work a bit harder during the class!

Attends Body Attack and was also a member of the running club.
Before I started attending Rob’s classes about two years ago, I hadn’t lost my baby weight, my youngest daughter was three and I was squeezing into size 18 to 20 clothes. I was attending a few other classes but could never really keep it up. I thought I’d give Rob’s Body Attack class a go and I’m glad I did.
From the first Saturday, I got chatting to a few of the other people who attend. That gave me the motivation to come along the next time. My fellow exercisers range from mega-fit to complete newbies and are all different shapes, sizes and ages so I didn’t feel out of place. You can go at your own pace and are given low-impact options if you need them. The classes are very friendly and Rob and Clare make the effort to know who you are and say hello.
The reasons that I love Body Attack are that the routines and music change every couple of months so you never get bored. Also the music is great and really gets you motivated and helps your energy levels, even when you feel you haven’t got any energy left! My fitness has really improved, not to mention my waistline, probably due to the 700 or so calories you burn in an hour.
As a result of these classes I am now a size 14,have a lot more enegy and have picked up a few friends along the way

I have worked with Rob as my personal trainer for nearly 6 months now. I wanted help to lose some weight and tone up following the birth of my daughter. I loved going to aerobics on Tuesday but needed something more.
Rob’s boundless enthusiasm gave me the idea of using him on a 1 to 1 basis. Rob is a real motivator and has written a fitness schedule that suits me. There’s nowhere to hide when there is just you in the class so the hour we work together is hard but is definitely giving me results. I am fitter now than I have been for a few years.
