Attack & Tone is great Cardio workout, it will help you increase your CV
fitness, Tone and Strengthen your body and take your fitness to a new
level. It has great music, simple and effective movements and produces great results.
Its suitable for beginners and improvers so why nay come along and give it a try
I can assure you you will enjoy it !

Saturday Circuits

Simple and effective circuit training that will get your body toned and in shape
really fast. The class is suitable for all and uses basic circuit training
exercises to get your body into shape. Definitely suitable if you don't like
 Aerobic fitness and a great example of simple training delivering fantastic results.

Fitness Pilates

Fitness pilates is a real chilled class and is a great way of work improving
core stability, posture and a great way to de-stress after a long day. We use
simple pilates moves to help you improve your fitness, core stability and
posture. We also include some relaxation exercises to help you switch off, calm
down and enjoy a little me time.

Power Walk & Tone

A Great way to workout power walking using resistance weights with a Toning element at the end of class Book via Online shop !

For the I used to run a bit to I'm absolutely terrified person this class will get you back to running working out having fun and also includes a Toning element in the class (Book via online shop)
